   A short call to understand your field, achievements, and timeline, and whether EB-1A is the right fit.

2. 02

   Engagement agreement

   Scope and fees are set in writing. Work begins once the agreement is signed and payment is processed.

3. 03

   Attorney intake call

   We schedule an intake call with your immigration attorney. Please have your most recent resume ready.

4. 04

   Evidence mapping

   Every achievement is matched to a criterion, with a list of the documents needed to support it.

5. 05

   Drafting and letters

   Criteria arguments, the final merits narrative, and expert letters are drafted and refined with you and your attorney.

6. 06

   Filing and follow-through

   Your attorney files Form I-140. If USCIS issues a Request for Evidence, we help assemble the response.
